I’m a dental patient at the Broadway office. I called this morning with a toothache. Debbie in scheduling seriously took the time to listen and worked it out to get me an emergency appt this afternoon. Thank you Debbie!!! Dr. Shneyderman and her assistant (sorry I did not get her name), were very kind, compassionate, and caring. Not a long wait time, treated very respectfully and with care. Received scripts that were filled in less than an hour at my pharmacy. I live with CPTSD, I informed the doctor and assistant and they immediately took extra care with me to help me feel safe in their presence and in the office. I am so grateful for this experience. Thank you to Debbie, Dr. Shneyderman and the assistant. Your approach and compassion matter and I thank you for it.

Dr. Joe is amazing! I came here for dental work needed and every time I’m treated with upmost care, kindness, & respect. They were able to take something I find scary and make it a very seemless, painless, great process to go through! Prices here aren’t unreasonable either and they have a financial department that will work with you based on your income to help provide affordable healthcare with a painless process! Highly satisfied and will return for anything else needed.

I have been a pt at the Lorain office located on the corner of Grove and Homewood. I called a few weeks ago as a new pt and was able to be seen the same day. I have since been back for a few follow up appts. I have seen Dr Nancy Capito for each visit. She’s very thorough and has taken her time to get me back on track. Right away she ordered labs and referrals to see an ent and endocrinologist. The whole staff at this location has been great and super nice. Each visit my wait time was almost nothing. The office and pt rooms are clean.

I am a new patient and scheduling with Barbara Rogers I do believe was a breeze, the day and age you don’t get courteous people and finding out that the health and dentistry hires kind human beings is awesome to know. I had another option in Amherst for a family health doctor, but as soon as Barbara took down my information and found out my schedule, I was seen as soon as possible again, Mrs. Rogers if you ever read this thanks for being so kind …

Lauren Kane is a very nasty lady. The way she spoke to me as if I was beneath her was disgusting! She walked in and didn’t even address herself, let alone ask who I was. She spoke down to me and was extremely rude, I will never step foot in that office if it’s the last place on earth. Her bedside manners were very disturbing. When I asked her a question she looked at me and actually said, I’m not done speaking yet. Well that will be the last time you speak to me ever again. Good luck if you see this lady that’s all I have to say.
