Absolutely awful. I was referred to Dr. Radel for a root canal procedure which was preformed a year ago. Pain from the procedure never dissipated and after an x-ray from my dentist they discovered that the tooth was not fully treated and that a root was missed during my root canal. I was told that “an ethical endodontist would rectify their oversight free of charge”. I called the office to make an appointment to get this fixed and they told me that it would be considered as a re-treatment and want to charge me $300 for a CT scan and $1500-$1600 to fix THEIR oversight for a procedure I have already paid over 1k to have fixed. No thank you, I’m not paying that much money to have them rectify their mistake when they couldn’t even get it right the first time.

First let me start by saying I’m not an easy patient however, Dr Radel was quick and efficient. He might not have a warm and cozy bedside manner but he took care of my root canal in record time. I would definitely go back to him and highly recommend him to anyone! Thanks again Dr Radel for putting up with me and getting me out of pain!

Great experience at Beaches Endodontic! Very professional staff on the phone and in person. Easy to set an appt and verify insurance coverage. And confirming price with insurance. Dr. Radel and his staff took care of me with my screening and root canal. Quick root canal with no pain or issue. They even followed up the next day to check on me. 5 star definitely well deserve. My root canal was performed quickly without any pain. The receptionist was super kind. Hopefully, I’ll never need a root canal again but if I do, I know where to go.

Sent to Dr Radel for evaluation and possible root canal. He conducted the evaluation and did the root canal. I then had to have a cap for the tooth, it was through that evaluation I found the tooth had to be pulled. Office manager claimed it was not their responsibility to determine if the tooth could be saved. Now I have to pay for an implant. Good luck if you use Dr Radel.
