I’m really not a fan of this office but trying to get into another dentist is time consuming. Someone said that the dentist is brutal when extracting teeth. I agree. Got wisdom teeth out and they just didn’t care. They handed me paper prescriptions knowing I was so numbed up I couldn’t talk. And I felt sick so I had to go to my pharmacy and drop off those and I couldn’t even wait I felt so sick I went home I didn’t get my pain medication until the next day. And than I got scheduled for an appointment another time it was supposed to be for two things and they only scheduled one and they messed up and wanted me to come back in. I put time aside to get to my appointment and it’s kinda difficult to be by myself I have kids. There are better dentist offices. They need to work on their service towards people and be less aggressive. As far as wait times there’s been times when I have waited an hour and than other times where it’s 10-15 minutes. But I see other people who came in after me being seen first.

Wait time was absolutely nothing compared to most dental offices I have been to (meaning the wait time was more than explainable and understandable). Assistant was the sweetest girl, and so down to earth and helpful, even during a hectic day. Dentist was right to the point with my options as treatment for infection of tooth. Would gladly recommend, especially as an option for an office that takes government insurance. 👍

Been coming here for 20 years. The wait has horrible. An hour long wait for a cleaning everytime, shows that they need to change their time allowed on the schedule for the hygienists. They clearly like to take their time, which is fantastic as a patient when you’re the one being seen! So change the amount of time allowed for these visits on the schedule, and they wouldn’t have so many issues with backing up. The hygienist use slow, then make her schedule suit her work.
