The office staff called me today to reschedule my appointment that was made 7 months ago. I said ok when do you want to reschedule? Answer: October It’s June 3rd and you want reschedule the appointment I made months ago for October. That’s garbage.

A really great office. Fast and efficient and very welcoming staff. Unfortunately for me I’ve had to switch for scheduling reasons and needing an office more central to my work/school/home. I would recommend this office to anyone in the Lorain area, and I am sad to be switching!
