My child has been in braces for 3 years. We have had a pleasant experience until now. She is scheduled to have her braces removed this month and is also graduating from high school. The practice scheduled the removal the day after she graduates and was unable to fit her in before her special day. We are very disappointed! The appt. was made over a month ago. I called the office multiple times and was told that BOTH offices could not fit her in for the removal. We were put on a list to be called if there was a cancelation but we never received a call. So now she graduates today, one of the most important days in her life, and gets her braces off TOMORROW. I’m so disappointed and so is she!

Update to below..I received a call from Dr. Crews to personally apologize for the way the call was handled the day I called. She understood my situation as a mother and let me know that she did not want me to have that as my first impression. I appreciate her willingness to take time out of her busy day to give me a call and apologize. We will be using your services because I can see that those in charge do care about their potential and present customers. Thank you! I’m not just going to leave a review. I’m going to give a suggestion. When you get a mother calling in to set up an appointment don’t tell her to call back when it’s quieter. I’ve tried to reach you guys more than once especially in a quiet time and you were closed. When you called me back I missed the call and it probably wouldn’t have been quiet then.You don’t know a mother’s situation. I’m a business owner who works from home. With five kids, (1 being a newborn and 2 year old) I have to call when I can. I have made or received business calls and apologize for the loudness in the background but was returned with more compassion and understanding than I received from you today. You can ask me to speak up or repeat but do not tell me to call back when it’s more convenient for you(when it’s quieter). Worst first impression of this company ever.

Amazing office, Doctors, and Staff. Explains everything to my son and I every step of the way. Everyone is so friends and joyful. The front desk girls are sweet and try their best to work with my schedule.
