My six and four year old always have a positive experience here. I really appreciate how Dr. Alvarez and the staff are always kind, professional and respectful. She takes the time to explain treatments not only to me, but to me children as well; she makes sure they are comfortable with moving forward with anything whether it’s an ex-ray or a simple cleaning. I never feel rushed when I’m there; she really takes the time to listen to any concerns I have. She as well as the rest of the staff really show they care about your experience.

Dr. Alvarez and her team are very friendly and professional. They know how to work with young children and do a very thorough job in not only treating but also in explaining treatment plans. I highly recommend them for pediatric dentistry.

Excellent experience all around! The staff and Dr Alvarez are all so pleasant and made a first time visit for my little guy so wonderful. I received a thorough explanation of his care and he was so comfortable with everyone. Highly recommend them for a pediatric dentist, especially if you have a little one that’s timid about a first time visit.

Dr Alvarez and her team are beyond 5 stars.. My son chipped a good portion of his permanent front tooth, the appointment was easy to schedule, the process and options were explained throughly, and the dental expertise was flawless. We are relieved and so appreciative.

The cutest Safari themed office! Note: you are not allowed to accompany your child in their appointment. This was not explained to us at booking or checking in and was then difficult to accept. We were originally told by two members of staff that we could go back with our child since it was their first dental exam. Then, just before heading back, the dentist came out to say we would have to wait in the waiting area. However, if you are comfortable with this, they do provide you an iPad to watch your child’s experience once they are in the dentists chair. The dentist did take time after the appointment to sit down and explain why they do the “no parent” process that they do and listened to our concern regarding it. We were pleased with the communication and service in the end, but suggested making that clear to parents from the start. Our child was not afraid and left the appointment talking about how great it was. In the meeting after the cleaning, the dentist made great suggestions to helping our child with their dental care and clearly talked us through the process of losing teeth, etc. I would recommend this office for your pediatric dental needs, but I feel it’s important to note the process of the appointment for your comfort level as a parent.
