Advanced Dental Services of Jacksonville

I have become wary of all dentists after having bad experiences with dental work in Miami. Now I have ongoing issues because of that bad work that I have to deal with…in spite of dreading the visit, I made the appointment and showed up. What a surprise! I was instantly put at ease when the front desk welcomed me. The office was warm and friendly. The assistant called me promptly, Savannah, and was also very friendly. When ‘Dr Andy’ came in, we talked about the experiences I had, with no rush. He asked questions and was genuinely concerned. He did the usual tests on a tooth I was told by another dentist needed a root canal. Instead, he opted to have me try a few things for a few weeks, then return for a complete exam and re-evaluation of the tooth. No hurry, but a step by step process in order to make certain the tooth actually needed a root canal. Dr Andy has the best ‘bedside manner’ I’ve ever seen in a dentist, and I have complete confidence in his treatment plan….This is a dentist office you rarely find, and I’m very pleased with the entire experience!

I have been using this dental office for over 30 years. I think they are professional, fun, kind, on time, and even though the dentist is not my favorite place to go they always make the visit enjoyable. I have never once felt that they have asked for work that did not need to be done I trust them. Dr. Andy and my hygienist Katie are the best. I recommend them to anyone in the area

I have been going to ADS/Maples Dentistry for several years as well as my family. The staff are very personable, kind, gentle, informative and Dr. Maples is amazing! My teeth are in excellent condition under their care. I used to stress and completely avoid the dentist- just terrified. This is where you want to go! Excellent care, affordable, fantastic service and I no longer dread my experience at the dentist. And I can’t say enough, under their care, my teeth are in the best shape they have ever been in a lifetime of going to the dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Maples and his staff, they are all wonderful!

This was my first visit to Maples Dentistry and it was a pleasure from the start! Cheryl took my information and checked my insurance prior to my visit so I had no worries on that account. She was extremely pleasant when I checked in and greeted me enthusiastically. Angela the hygienist was the so personable and professional I told her I’d come weekly for a cleaning if they let me! The office is spotless and followed all COVID-19 precautions . Dr Andy was awesome and explained everything in detail. I am so happy to have found my new dentist’s office!

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with kindness and happiness. The hygienists are very attentive, easy to talk to and friendly...while doing a great job working on your teeth. The Drs are the most informative I have ever experienced. They are gentle and caring throughout the procedures. So very glad I chose these folks. Highly recommended to everyone.
