Aspen Dental

Billing practices are shady at best. Fraudulent at worst. $1000 to remove two permanent retainers which took less than 5 minutes. Not covered at all by insurance. Paid in full according the billing that was given at the time. Nearly 1 year later they send another bill of $600 due to insurance not paying for everything they billed. Aspen billed an insurance related procedure as miscellaneous to insurance, of course they will not pay the out without information on what the procedure is for. When Aspen was told to resubmit the bill to insurance under the correct medical code, they told me they would and to wait for an explanation of benefits paperwork from insurance. While waiting for my explanation of benefits paperwork, I start receiving calls from a debt collections agency that Aspen Dental sent my bill even though it was still pending insurance. Calling support, Aspen Dental stated that they made a mistake sending this to collections. How does a mistake like this happen, a full year after the procedures were completed and paid for?

Friendly people here, I’ve had nightmare experiences with other dentists but not here. I set up an appointment and was seen the next day, they were quick(for a dentist office) and friendly which is not what I’m used to. They were informative and had multiple different options as far as payment goes. Really made me feel welcome and they will probably be my forever dentist

I came to this dentist today after having a myriad of issues with Great Expressions Dental in Jacksonville. I was honestly nervous to try a new dentist as my previous office said I needed fillings among other work every time I have gone. This dental staff was beyond friendly, and understood my frustrations with previous office. They were able to do X-rays, exam, and cleaning all to my surprise this morning as I thought it would just be an initial consult. The dentist assured me everything looked fine, and even fixed a prior issue on the exam. My hygienist was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable! It just goes to show you should get a second opinion, if you’ve been contemplating trying Aspen I whole heartedly recommend this office. Thank you to everyone I spoke with today, ya’ll absolutely made my Friday morning!!

Today was my first time going to Aspen Dental and my experience was amazing! The staff were really nice and made me feel welcomed. I was able to get emergency dental work done same day! I would recommend this to anyone here in Jacksonville! Keep up the good work everyone. 😊

I had an amazing experience with the team at this location. They fit me in as a walk-in after a late cancellation. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while so I will admit I was a little nervous to start. I don’t leave reviews often but this was probably one of the most genuine customer service experiences I have been through in my life. I would like to thank Gee for doing an amazing job and making me feel comfortable throughout the x-ray process and leading into the exam room. I would also like to thank the specialist who designed my treatment plan I cannot remember her as of right now but she was very kind as well. Lastly I’d like to thank my dental hygienist Nancy for taking care of my cleaning. She was extremely informative, kind and I felt like she genuinely wanted to help with my dental problems. There are a couple people whose names have slip through my mind so I will shout them out by position. The reception lady and the women that took care of my billing process at the end were both outstanding and I cannot thank them enough. I’m excited for the process going forward and I can’t wait regain my smile. Again thank you all so much for making this a great experience. I have nothing but respect for all of you.
