I am very happy with my dentist. The dental assistants are always friendly and considerate about my anxiety being there. They give supplies needed when I leave. I am a little bummed that I had a crown put on 2 months before I got braces, it went well and now 2 and a half years later after double jaw surgery and braces there is a big gap between my crown and my last molar. The only way to fix it is by getting a new crown. My insurance won’t cover a replacement until 5 years. I specifically asked if it would be an issue knowing I was getting braces and was told no. Now I find out if I want to fix the issue I will have to wait 2 and a half more years or fork out $1200 out of pocket 😥 it wasn’t my fault. Dentist knew about the upcoming procedures before the crown. I just think it could have been handled very differently.
