I took my 2 year old in today. After a very detailed conversation with the receptionist I felt comfortable with taking her in. I made sure to ask all the questions I had and she assured me that all was taken care of. WRONG! They are NOT pediatric dentists. They do NOT have the training or qualifications of a ped dentist. Online and while speaking with the receptionist I was misinformed. They allowed me back, only because she’s 2. When I asked about what the front desk told me she said they’ve had problems with them giving out misinformation and were very sorry. They are charging my insurance for a full cleaning when she only touched 2 teeth one time with the cleaning brush, that will be disputed. Make sure you ask questions and stand your ground at this place. The doctor was very apologetic and did go over a list of actual pediatric dentists with me. Overall, I’m very upset my 2 year was unnecessarily traumatized and left without any progress.
