My first review was removed. First and last time going to this dentist. We waited 30 minutes past our appointment time before we were finally called. Before even saying hello the tech asked if I consented to a list of treatments!? They hadn’t even seen my child yet. Then they informed me that I could not go back with my 5yo which is a huge red flag. We chose to leave and will not go back.

Everything is absolutely awful,it’s a nightmare. Never will I bring my kids here ever again

Place is terrible waiting 45 minutes past the appointment time for the woman to not even know my kids first name. Then saying 2 of my kids aren’t even on the schedule. I HATE this dentist.

I had a wonderful experience with my 22 month old grandson here. We did not have to wait very long at all. Everyone made his first visit to the dentist a very pleasant one. I was given a chance to ask the dentist questions and everyone was extremely nice to us. I was very impressed.

Where do I begin? First off we go to her cleaning appointment which was great was in and out no problem. They were very informative I did not however get to go back with her just watch through a window which was a little irritating but understandable. The lady comes out tells me everything that is wrong with her teeth and then says she might.... MIGHT have to get ONE cap I said okay that cool not to bad. We schedule the next appointment wait in the waiting room over an hour for them to call her back they we’re suppose to be doing two fillings my kid comes out with a crown! Okay that’s fine I understand when you get into something and find something worse you gotta fix it that way. Anyways a week later it’s still hurting her I look at it and white stuff is stuck out the side of it. So that must be uncomfortable we go in for her second appointment this time suppose to do the two fillings mind you your not allowed to go back with them and now you can’t see them through the window. We WAITED over an hour in the waiting room litterally your gonna make a 5 year old wait over an hour. Then they come get us tell us what they are doing she goes back scared because the first trip was terrible with the cap. I wait 45 min to have a nurse come get me and tell me that they are gonna do a different set of teeth okay thats fine whatever. Then tells me about this papose? Thing that holds your childs arms down like a straight jacket seems over the top when I’m sure you could just ask their mother or father to come back and comfort them. Then 30 min later they come out and did NOTHING besides fix the mess up on her cap we we’re at the place from 140pm to around 430 5. Now that my child is terrified of the dentist . Be prepared for a long wait, rude receptionist and a scared kid when visiting then
