The thing I like the most about Downtown Smiles is it’s a small business that was determined to survive the pandemic. Kitty has created a wonderfully relaxed environment to enjoy while in the processes of teeth whitening. There were several other options closer to home but I choose Downtown Smiles because Kitty does it all with a personal touch. She follows up with me after each visit to ensure of my satisfaction. I highly recommend her.

My experience with Kitty at Downtown Smiles was excellent! Her office studio was incredibly relaxing, and I even fell asleep in the massage chair. She walked me through all the steps before we began, ensuring I felt comfortable with the process. I have very sensitive teeth, but felt no pain during or after the treatments. The pricing was also incredibly reasonable. It took two sessions for me to get where I wanted to be. Photos show after the 1st treatment (top) and after the 2nd treatment (bottom). Now my teeth are a lovely, natural shade of white-- much improved! I couldn't be happier with her services.

Downtown Smiles is the best place to get your teeth whitened! I am super impressed with the results just after the first session! It’s also super relaxing & Kitty is very friendly! I never wanted to smile in pictures next to my boyfriend because his teeth are so white, but now I am happy to show off my new pearly whites too! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Highly recommend!!!

This was my first ever teeth whitening experience and it was fantastic! It was so non-stressful that I actually fell asleep. Kitty really took the time to explain every part of the process. She is wonderful at what she does! I felt mentally prepared for everything and that made the experience so much better. I am looking forward to my next appointment. I really can't recommend Downtown Smiles enough!

Kitty was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She was extremely prompt in responding to my texts with questions prior to treatment and eased my mind since I was nervous and hadn't had this procedure done before. She was professional from beginning to end and I will definitely be going back to see her! My teeth whitened 2 shades on the first treatment! I would highly recommend her to anyone! Her office is in a great location and building downtown. It was very quiet, peaceful and charming! Thank you Kitty!!!
