I’ve been a patient for about 3 years now, I visit twice a year, and everything is always top notch. Office and patient areas are clean and bright. All the communication around my appointments clear, and I appreciate the text reminders! The front desk staff is welcoming and professional. I’ve had the same hygienist, Amy, for every visit, and I could not be more impressed with or appreciative of her efforts when it comes to my care. I have sensitive teeth, and Amy does what needs doing and has a great touch throughout the process. It is a fine balance of taking the time to do it right and doing it quickly, and Amy consistently nails it! I feel well taken care of, not rushed, and everything is done on time, which has not always been my experience elsewhere. I’ll be a long time patient here, and I appreciate all that the team does to create that positive experience! Thanks so much! ks

I had great experience at Carolina Mountain Dental. The staff was professional and kind, especially the assistant Allanah. I have always been nervous going to the dentist, but honestly after this visit I can’t wait to get my teeth cleaned again!

I always have such a great experience at this office, from the friendly conversations to the excellent care I always receive. Dr. Efird and his team are compassionate professionals who I feel have my best interest at heart at all times. I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else for my smile transformation... Dr. Efird is who to go to for crowns and any other dental needs!
