D.Mitchell is Very Unprofessional He’s Very Rude i took my Daughter their Because his company took My Daughter insurance the first visit my Daughter had he told me she need two teeth pulled she needed another treatment that was going to be $850.00 it would be a brace under her top teeth and that i had to pay for it because the insurance did not cover that treatment. Then i started getting emails and letters stating that i owe money the last email i received was telling me i had a bill for $250.00 . Now remind you my daughter do not have the under bar in her mouth so he was billing me for a service my daughter Omoni did not have . then a letter was send to me form his office stating he can no longer see my daughter do to , To many rescheduled appointments i went in on may 22 2024 to speak with D.MItchell to talk to him i told him what was going with me and how can we solve this issue he told me By Finding Another Orthodontics Now let me Also remind you my Daughter insurance was Paying for her 2 year treatment plan with him . That’s what Baffled Me and that he was not willing to try to work nothing out with me all because of a couple of miss appointments he no longer wanted to be her orthodontics over miss appointment. u just stop seeing a child over that . and her payments for her braces was been payed by her insurance for 2 years this is just Sad and i ask Him can he take the Braces Off he Told Me No Find another Orthodontics . So Know i have to search around and find another Orthodontics that take my Daughter insurance and i don’t know how long that’s going to take i also Told Him i Feel Like He’s Putting my Daughter Life in Danger By Telling Me He’s Not Taking Her Braces OFF D. Mitchell Knows it Can Cause Harm to my Daughter He Don’t Care Even After i Said it to Him Again. i Feel Like You Putting My Daughter Life in Danger i ask Again He Said He Not Taking Them Off Take Her To Another Orthodontics So That Showed Me Right There That He DID NOT CARE About The Issue Getting Solve Or About My Daughter Well- Being i only gave the 1 star only because the nice lady that be checking u in who always be crabbing with her grandson she’s very Nice and always Nice when i come their dang i forgot her name but anyway YOU BEEN WARNED D.Mitchell is Very RUDE and Very Unprofessional Don’t Come Here YOU BEEN WARNED

I’m not sure where to begin... the Whole Entire Team is PHENOMENAL...from the beginning to the end... Customer Service is on point. The Assistants are on point, ( Professional & Very Courteous ) Dr. Mitchell is very precise & detailed with every procedure. I knew exactly what my son was going to have done every step of the way... Dr Mitchell and his team are super friendly and are great at what they do. I have never experienced any issues while getting treated and the results are life changing. Dr Mitchell is a master at his craft and if you are looking for braces then his office is the way to go.
