I recently moved from Asheville. Had my 1st appointment at a new dental practice in my new city. Awesome Google reviews. Not a terrible experience but Dr Saunders and the entire team are far and away the best. They are gentle, honest, transparent, friendly, kind, hospitable, professional and organized. They had my best interest in mind and I knew they weren’t trying to sell me something that wasn’t necessary. I felt important and well taken care of. I am determined to find that here. Highly recommend Dr Saunders and team. You’ll be glad you did!

Very happy with their work. I don’t love needles, but Dr Saunders is a Novocaine ninja... I barely notice he’s in there. I had crown work done and they let me keep the casts for my weird little collection! Hands down coolest dentist in Asheville.

I switched to Saunders DDS a year ago. My last dentist was good, but I am very glad I switched. I can’t say that cleanings by Shannon have been a joy, but they kind of are, all things considered. I feel very well taken care of by a very warm team of professionals.

We were originally from Georgia and traveling to Virginia for Christmas. We decided to stop in Asheville to explore before heading there. My mom ended up cracking her tooth right before we left and was in excruciating pain. We needed to visit an emergency dentist and wasn’t sure how it would go as it was 3 days before Christmas and we were out of state visitors. I googled emergency dentists and Saunders DDS came up. We called them at 4:55 pm right before they closed at 5 pm and explained our situation. She said they could take her in the next morning at 10 am. The tooth ended up having an infection and needed to be pulled. They took care of my mom and the staff was sooooo friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t be more grateful to them for helping us out and taking us in so quickly.

I have been a patient for several years and both the doctor and staff are all wonderful! I was a referral from another patient and I continue to refer others to their practice. I feel like Dr. Saunders is professional and truly cares about his patients. I had another dentist (who had a nice, shiny new office with lots of equipment to pay for) tell me I needed 6 crowns, but Dr. Saunders let me know this was not the case. I feel like he is honest and upfront with his patients.
