Dr White and his staff go above and beyond to provide excellent dental care. He created a plan to repair some of my teeth and to place a bridge. He was so kind and never critical of the state of my teeth. I have to drive a fair distance to go there and will continue to do so because of Dr White’s kindness and the quality of his work.

I had a great experience with this dentist for several years. Sadly, at the end of last year, one week before my appointment, which had been on the books for 6 months, my appointment was cancelled. I have always paid my bill while in house at the time of service. No one at the office had ever expressed to me that there was an issue. I was told the hygienist quit. Since then, when I have attempted to book, I have been told that there is a hygienist there one Friday out of the month?? Yet, I see reviews that are recent from satisfied customers apparently. I really am at a loss. I liked this dentist and his office. Profoundly disappointed former client.

I reached out to John a little over a month ago due to some issues with wisdom teeth. Being 39, and never having surgery, or any major oral work, I was quite nervous about being put under and having all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once. John, and his entire staff, could not have been more understanding, informative, and patient. The front desk associate Patty, was incredibly helpful figuring out insurance and payment, and did a great job staying in touch and being a liaison between John and myself when I had aftercare questions. I am absolutely floored how smoothly this procedure went and the care I was given by John and his staff.

After my childhood dentist retired I was in need of a new dental office. I tried two different places before a co-worker recommended John White. What a waste of two years that was. John and his staff are exceptionally skilled and kind. I can confidently say that they gave me my smile back.

I recently visited Dr. John White’s dental practice in Asheville, and I must say that my experience was exceptional in every way. I found myself in a dental emergency just before Christmas when I broke a crown, and Dr. White went above and beyond to accommodate me. First and foremost, Dr. White was able to squeeze me in for an initial evaluation on short notice, despite the busy holiday season. This immediate response to my dental crisis was greatly appreciated, and it instantly put me at ease knowing that I was in good hands. During my subsequent appointments for the crown repair, Dr. White’s expertise and attention to detail were evident. The procedure was entirely pain-free, and he made sure of it by taking great care and using the latest techniques to minimize discomfort. He also took the time to discuss various repair options with me, which made me feel involved in the decision-making process regarding my dental care. I was equally impressed with Dr. White’s assistant, Melissa, who displayed extensive knowledge and professionalism throughout my visits. The entire team’s excellent and calming demeanor was truly comforting. In addition to fixing the crown, Dr. White went above and beyond by identifying another issue with one of my implants. He promptly scheduled me for a follow-up appointment the very next day, demonstrating his commitment to providing top-notch care. He successfully tightened the loose implant and adjusted its height to prevent potential future issues, all while explaining each step of the process thoroughly. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Dr. John White and his team enough. Their exceptional skill, commitment to patient comfort, and willingness to go the extra mile make them stand out. If you’re in Asheville and in need of dental care, you can trust Dr. White and his team to provide the highest level of service and expertise.
