I never write negative reviews but this experience really rubbed me the wrong way! The dentist only spent about 3 minutes with me. He looked at my x ray and immediately referred me on for an extraction and a root canal. I’ve never been to a dentist that doesn’t do extractions in house! Apart from that, he gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and then left the room. Pretty upset at the lack of care, especially when I made it clear before my visit and when I arrived that I do not have health insurance due to waiting on my US permanent residency after arriving in the US from Australia 2.5 years ago. Already going to the dentist is expensive and to have such little attention given to me before referring me on to an even more expensive specialist...I was really disappointed.

Twice within past year after showing up to office the receptionist had not recorded my appt and I was offered no resolution. 3 different hygienists within 2 years. Poor communivation.

I've been so pleased visiting Summit Dental. Their technology makes me feel like I'm getting up-to-date imaging & care, they are kind and focused on my needs, and Dr. Rhinehart is very good at listening and answering questions. It's felt like patient centered care each time.

I have been to this office several visits and they have went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is professional, friendly and make a visit to the dentist not so bad. I highly recommend this office they are wonderful.
