Another great experience. Staff at the desk are efficient, polite and welcoming. Everything runs on schedule. Holly is sensitive and thorough in providing cleanings. She has a great sense of humor which makes going to the dentist easy. This office has some of the best patient communication I have experienced. They are on top of it.

Jennifer and Jason Marks are the best of the best! They’re thorough, meticulous and highly skilled dentists. Their dental hygenists are also excellent as is their office staff. If you are looking for a dentist in the WNC area, I could not recommend this practice more highly. Patient care and dental work are top notch and everyone in the office is super friendly, kind and helpful. Dr. Jason Marks is very gentle, thorough and explains what he’s doing throughout the process. 10/10 recommend.

Marks Family Dentistry has been providing dental services and procedures for my wife and myself for almost three years now. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly caring and sincere to say the least! The Dr’s and hygienists are nothing short of wonderful and carry the most professional chairside mannerisms. They will NEVER TRY TO PUSH EXTRA SERVICES WHEN THEY ARE NOT NEEDED! First class offices, first class individuals! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They are setting a standard of care that all professionals ought to strive for. Dr. Jen is gentle and thorough. Her assistant, Sam, was caring and effective in calming my dental anxiety. My crown was less painful than expected and they tediously worked to sculpt my crown perfectly- even though it took them extra time. Im deeply grateful for their dedication to compassionate service.
