Would give a 0 if possible. Ordered smileactive through a FB ad. Ad was for $25, for $10 more I could get the electric toothbrush. Now every month after the first shipment, I got more product and charged my PayPal $46.06. Called to cancel and was told that I was cancelled. Got more product and another bill. Called again to verify that I was cancelled. Was told that my original bill was for $120+ (not $35) , and this was divided into three payments. So, even though I was cancelled and DID NOT CARE for more product, I still got charged. I am hoping that this will be my last payment. I will NEVER order from this company OR from any offer on Facebook. Scams all over. GRRRR!

Do not do business with this co. Once they get your cc info they will not stop charging it. I cancelled months ago and am still getting charged. Call them and they just placate. NIGHTMARE.

Ordered smileactive. Didnt work for me. Next thing I knew, had another package in the mail. Called them and they wanted me to take it at a big discount. Told them to stop sending any other stuff to me, next thing I know there is another package. With MUCH hassling, They refunded my money. Told them again I was not interested in the items. Now have another package. It is absolutely madding.

This is a very scammy business. I ordered a kit to try it for $24.99, and didn’t realize they were storing my payment method and would keep charging me, without email notification, for regular shipments of product. I luckily caught it when the second charge came through, but they had already shipped my item and told me that I had to pay to return it and then they would refund me. It was impossible to figure out how to cancel my "membership" and then when I asked customer service to delete my account and personal information, I was told no. When I asked why they would not delete my account and personal information, I was told that it was because "I might want to order again in the future!" Do NOT give this company your money or information.
