Dr O’kane told me I needed to replace a crown. He gave me the price and said he could do it the next week. After getting a second opionion in my hometown of Pgh,from the dentist that made it, i was told I didnt need to replace it. Follwing that appt , I had another appt just for a cleaning from Dr O’kane and decided to go for the last time. While I was there, he asked what the other dentist said. I did tell him that I was not going to have it done , that it was fine. He went on to explain sometimes the Xrays dont pick up the angle well and even called me after I left the office explaining why he thought it needed to be done. In the meantime while Inwas therenfor thecleaning ,Dr O’Kane took a dental tool and repeatedly hit the tooth with the crown. I was wondering why , it felt like he was trying to knock it off . I assumed he was the professional and I trusted he knew what he was doing. Months later, when I went to the original dentist in Pgh, he told me that the tooth now had a liitle hole-bubble in it. I know it was from Dr OKane hitting it numerous times. I had to get the tooth repaired. I would never go back to that practice or to Dr O’kane. What kind of a professional would do such a thing

Been a patient here since 2015 and can’t say enough good things! Dr. Ashley is amazing as are all of the staff. The hygienists (Wendy and Amanda) really create a comfortable environment for someone like me who has a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work.

Office staff is very friendly but more importantly very helpful. Over the years I have been treated by various dental hygienists at WNC and they all have been kind, considerate and supportive. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist than Dr. Ashley Westmoreland; friendly, thorough, who kindly explains what procedures she is performing, and answers all my questions.

I’ve never seen office staff so happy to be working at a healthcare practice. Extremely attentive and friendly hygienist and dentist, and I will 100% be coming back for a long time! They were Straightforward with billing and the self-pay price is the most reasonable I’ve seen anywhere in town. Thank you for such a great experience!
