The hygienist Anna always does such a great job cleaning my teeth. She is so kind and considerate, and I’m not sore afterward, which I have experienced with other cleanings. Highly recommended.

I had been putting off some deep scale cleaning/root planing of some front teeth but glad I finally did it! It was such a good experience there & all the folks that work there are so great!

What a disappointment. I booked an appointment and asked for an estimate of my cost because it would decide if I was able to keep the appointment or not. The representative advised she will call me with that estimate. She didn’t call me back, I had to follow up and it was the Friday before my appointment. She got me an estimate by 2pm that day and I advised I couldn’t afford that cost, as I was just laid off. She said she understood. She never advised me I would be billed with a $55 cancellation fee.( I knew they have a 24 hour cancellation fee, but I was unaware it was considered 14 BUSINESS HOURS.) I was in communications with the representatives at the front desk. If you want an estimate of your cost and not be surprised at your arrival(happened 2 occasions because they misquoted me 2 times before). I had been with this practice for 2 years and the staff was kind and gentle. When I called to discuss the series of events they apologized for their staff not telling me the cancellation would incur a fee and they refused to waive it. Very disappointing. I will never return.

I was a first time patient. It took me an hour to fill out the paperwork. Then 2 more hours to take pictures and X-rays and (thank heavens) to finally see Dr Ertl. I thought I would have my teeth cleaned today but "No", I had to make another appointment to actually have my teeth cleaned. I also have to take an antibiotic when I have my teeth cleaned, so I took an antibiotic before my appointment today and didn’t need it, so now I need to use more antibiotic before my next appointment. Bummer. Everyone seems competent. I suggest you do the paperwork online and make sure they receive it. I thought I had done that, but they couldn’t find it when I went today.

My first visit was impressive with all the thorough care they took to examine my teeth. First time in many years I got this kind of exam. The staff were very caring and friendly and there was a fun atmosphere in the dentist room with the hygienist and staff, as well. Dr. Ertl was also very nice and informative and took the time to explain things needing to be done. I highly recommend this office so far.
