We went to Great Smiles to get a second opinion on braces for my son. They took their time with us and made sure we understood exactly what we were paying for. Melissa is wonderful and so comforting. My hesitation with another office was the lack of personal connection with such a big investment. All of my hesitation was put to rest after meeting with Dr. Paul explained exactly what my son needed in a way that was easy to follow. I’m very pleased with Great Smiles and we’ve decided to use this practice.

All of the staff at Great Smiles/Great Begginings is excellent, but Dr.Paul is always so upbeat and makes my girls feel at ease. Both of my daughters age 16 & 11 now have been patients of Great Beginnings and Great Smiles since their very first dentist visits. I wouldn’t take my girls anywhere else. Recently my youngest daughter went for a consultation on phase 2 of her orthodontic care and Dr. Paul & Melissa were wonderful. They explain everything in detail and make it easy to understand. My oldest daughter didn’t go into orthodontic care until she was older so her care was all in one phase, but was a much longer process. To anyone who is considering a consultation for their child for orthodontic care I would say the earlier you schedule and get them into treatment the easier and quicker the process is going to be for you and them. The difference that I’ve seen in my youngest daughter’s smile between Phase 1 and now going into Phase 2 her teeth are already in good placement and she will be completely finished in 15-18 months vs. 2+ years with my oldest daughter. Something else I have noticed over the years is that Great Smiles/Beginnings is always advancing the technology and services that they offer over time. I’m so glad that I made the choice to start my daughter out with them 13 years ago. My girls are always excited to go to the dentist which is something I always dreaded as a child. I know they will be sad once they are adults and have to transfer to an adult dentistry. Kudos to this practice and all that they do to make their patients happy and comfortable.
