All of the staff were so kind and anytime I need to schedule an appointment they have availability that week. My son used to hate going to the dentist but he loves this place! Dr. Covington is very knowledgeable and caring! I wouldn’t take my child anywhere else!

We love Tyger River Pediatric Dentistry! They are quick but thorough, and Dr. Covington spends as much time with me as I need. Everyone is so kind and willing to answer ALL my questions. And my kids LOVE getting to watch movies while they get their teeth cleaned. Happy kids and happy momma!

My son went there when he was little and now all my kids go there. They are amazing there! Wonderful with children, they get children to be calm while doin dental work! I wouldn’t find anyone else, they are my first choice!!

I will be honest. I have simmered over this overnight. I was hesitant to put this out there because we have never been unhappy with my son’s dentist until yesterday. I also want to begin by saying the receptionist & the dentist are AMAZING, so are the other staff members we’ve come into contact with. It’s the dental hygienist we had yesterday who seemed very rude the entire time. I am unsure if she had a bad day, or was just angry that my son threw up after he hated the taste of the fluoride they use at the end of the cleaning. I helped clean it up the best I could. As we were walking out, I said to my son that he needed to go to the restroom because he had gotten sick. He wanted to wash his face & hands & I needed to as well after helping clean it up. The rude hygienist said "NO-they have already cleaned the bathrooms." Excuse me? I don’t care! We had to ride home without cleaning up. You cannot deny a patient use of your facilities. I don’t care if someone has cleaned them or not! Unless we knew we’d never deal with her lack of hospitality & rudeness again, we won’t be back. And I truly hate that because we love it there other than our experience yesterday.
