The first time we went here was 6 months ago it was my kids first time. We loved it. However today was their 6 month cleaning and we arrive and the building is locked. No sign nothing. I call the number on line and the man I spoke with told me they are CLOSED PERMANENTLY. No notice or anything. I’m highly disappointed my child cried because he was so excited because he loves the dentist and now we have to wait until January to be seen at a new location. No call/text/email nothing of them closing. So disappointed

I’m not sure how this place has 4 stars maybe the reviews are from family and friends but my experience was horrible. After getting my and my sons teeth cleaned and I had X-rays done, the doctor couldn’t even come out to explain what’s next. The assistant was clueless as if it was her first day working and when I kept asking questions at the end, the assistant kept going back to the doctors office to ask her and coming back to me. The office was empty so there is no excuse for not coming out. On top of that, the doctor didn’t take a look if I had any cavities how they usually check every tooth on your first visit. And when I asked can I get some of my cavities fixed, the assistant said I had none. I know I have at least 3 but how would they know if they didn’t even care to check my teeth. I have no words but to say if you don’t believe me then see for yourself.

My daughter brought my grandbabies here and Dr. Kat was wonderful. She saw all 4 at the same time and it made my daughter so happy. Thank you to the wonderful staff. Adriana and Margaret are very sweet and welcoming.

Dr. Kat Monn is amazing! My child has anxiety and she was so patient with him. She went at his pace and made sure he didn’t get overwhelmed. Every single person in the office was amazing and kind. Also, the facility is beautiful, very calming, clean, and peaceful. Highly recommend.

I am a new patient and my first visit was amazing. The staff made me feel very welcomed. Everyone answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed. The dentist was very gentle and made sure my teeth were clean! I passed the card over to my coworker!
