I’ve been going to Dental Care of Powell for the last two and a half years. My hygienist was great. The last time I went they had a new dentist I had not seen before. I was advised I had several cavities although I haven’t had any for two years. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. He walked me through my x-rays. I was told that most of the dental work that had previously said I needed done was unwarranted.

Terrible experience. Would not recommend. This was my first time going, I shouldn’t of let them do anything without getting a second opinion. A mess up with your mouth is permanent. I wish I could turn back time, but I can’t. All I can do is post my experience, hopefully help someone else.

Twice now they’ve messed up my appointment. The first time they tried to say they were having a team meeting during my SCHEDULED appointment and forgot to call me, but that they could “squeeze me in.” The second time they canceled it after not receiving the last of multiple confirmations but again she said she could “squeeze me in”. If I set an appointment, I’ll be at my appointment. I shouldn’t need to confirm repeatedly. Confirmations are a courtesy - they should never cause your appointment to be canceled. Very unprofessional and a bad policy, I’m not going to risk having my time wasted again.

They were extremely conscientious and demonstrated an honest concern for my needs and my well-being. I felt welcomed, pampered, cared for and appreciated here.
