I absolutely love the people here. They are totally welcoming and very efficient. My father’s dental practice was in this same building from the mid 60’s to the early 80’s. Dr.Patel and staff showed great reverence for dad. The experience today blew my mind. If you want the absolute best Fountain City Smiles is the dental practice for you!!!

I have had a lot of dental experiences over my years with some in depth procedures done. I am new to East Tennessee and a new patient here. This is by far the best dentist experience I have ever had. Rachel (the hygienist) was so compassionate, gentle, and caring throughout my X-rays and cleaning. She even used the pediatric XR device for my tiny mouth which made my XR experience so much more pleasant. Dr. Patel provided me my treatment options and was sure to state several times that the ball was in my court with how aggressive we moved through my treatment (as we know, dental procedures can be costly). He did NOT present my treatment plan as a sales pitch which I truly appreciated. Also, to my surprise, my out of pocket expenses were more affordable than I anticipated. Overall, excellent experience and I would definitely recommend. They also had soothing music with breathtaking pictures of Greece playing through my visit which eased my anxiety.

Absolutely 5 stars!! Everybody I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly. I had a bad experience somewhere else previously and was so hesitant about going. That changed the minute they took me back. I was immediately more relaxed. I felt like Dr. Patel went over my options and explained everything very well and he really seemed genuine. I will definitely be going back here for a long time.

Never had a better experience with a dental office! Lovely staff, my hygienist was super personable and well educated, she certainly cares about her work. Great communication and bookkeeping system in place. Dr. Patel is kind, genuine, and to the point. Front desk ladies were wonderful as well! Very grateful and look forward to my return :)

I would highly recommend this office. The front desk was very friendly. Tricia was very personable and understanding. Dr. Patel was very thoughtful and explained everything clearly. I have bad anxiety from past experiences. I had kids and lost track of myself. I had not had a cleaning in 6 years since before my first kid was born and they made sure to get me out of the pain I was having due to all the plaque build up. Now I’m back on track and will be visiting every 6 months with them for sure!
