I have had very bad experiences with dentists in the past that caused alot of dental anxiety and crappy work. It also caused delay in taking care of my dental health. From the moment I walked into this office I felt taken care of and at ease. Every person on staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable. My treatment plan has always been discussed in detail so that I understand it including the financial part of things. Dr Phillips is very nice and great at explaining everything. All my fillings, crowns, and dental work have been done perfectly. The office is clean and always a really friendly face to greet you at the desk. They also send you to some of the best for referrals when a root canal or implants are needed. I have been to both their referral offices for work and they were amazing. It’s been quite the process getting my dental health back in a good place and I am very grateful to have found Family Dentistry, their staff, and Dr Phillips! Highly recommend this office!

Having had considerable and painful dental experiences as a child, I had been putting off cleanings and treatments as an adult for far too long before I found the Family Dentistry of Knoxville. The staff are always so kind and welcoming, and have worked with me to overcome some of my fears while getting the treatment I came to need. I also really appreciate that they have their in-house insurance so I don’t have to worry about submitting claims to third party companies. Very highly recommended!

I have been a patient at Family Dentistry of Knoxville for many years now and cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Dr Philips is extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional in a calm and laid back way. All the staff in the office are patient, personable and great to know and interact with. This creates a welcoming and relaxed environment, which is very important for a dentist’s office! I also appreciate the fact they seem to have the latest technology available. An excellent place for all your dental needs!

Jill & Victoria are so pleasant and friendly, they make you feel like family the moment you walk in. Skyler is an amazing dental hygienist and is always patient with my kiddo. Dr Phillips does a great job and keeps a calming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The whole entire staff is very pleasant and inviting, especially Ms. Jill. She has always been so professional and kind each time I spoke with her or went in for an appointment. Dr. Jason and Ms. Lisa took the time to listen to my concerns, and from there they were able the give me the best solution. Honesty, genuine and caring people is what you will find in Dr. Jason’s office. If you are looking for a new dentist, I suggest giving them a try. You will not be disappointed!
