This place is no longer open, and the people who took over the practice didn’t let us the patients know. No return calls or answered texts. Not informed in any way! We went there to find out what was going on and the office is being cleaned out. Shame.

I moved to Knoxville and was nervous about finding a new dentist. Dr. Pippin is patient, listens to his patients and is very attentive. I HATE going to the dentist usually, but Dr. Pippin’s care has eased my anxiety and I really appreciate the excellent service by his staff. They are kind and always make me feel welcome.

I cannot recommend Dr. Pippin and his team enough! I had a dental emergency (a front tooth break) early one morning and they immediately got me in and fixed my tooth. They are the kindest staff and made sure everything was done properly and professionally!

On schedule, efficient, clean, friendly, explains what’s happening before anything happens. What else is there to say? Dr. Pippin, Tammy & Mindy are a great team!

Dr. Pippin and his team are consummate professionals. I cracked a tooth over the weekend and they got me in quickly on Monday. A new crown on the same day/visit. My office is also downtown, so very little downtime for me. Highly recommended.
