Very caring and professional. I like how they get ahold of your insurance company and tell you upfront what you owe with no additional billing coming in the mail. Staff very friendly. I give a A+ and forsure glad I found crossroad dental. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Halls Crossroads Dental Care for anyone looking for high quality and reliable dental care! My family and I recently moved to the Halls area. My husband, son, and myself all had our initial visits the same day with different Hygienists. All were extremely friendly and thorough! We couldn’t be more happy with our experiences. Dr. Storms is amazing too! Monday - Thursday you can meet her little dog who hangs out with the staff - so cute! 🤩 If there’s a wait when you make your appt. & it’s not something urgent, this clinic is worth the wait! P.S. During my cleaning I felt hot (probably a hot flash, haha) the Hygienist was thoughtful and caring enough to find a fan to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I genuinely appreciate the little things like that… Thank you, Sara!

I hadn’t planned on using this dentist for long, because we were only in Knoxville for a year while we built our house 60mi north of Halls Xing, but circumstances have brought be back to this dentist a couple extra times and I after this last visit, which was a frustrating and upsetting circumstance to lengthy to spell out here, I just wanted to leave a glowing review, for the Doc and her staff all took amazing care of me yesterday, explaining, giving solutions, trouble shooting, and generously helping me make the situation right. I am so grateful for the outcome, and for the attentiveness, professionalism, and care of this staff. They always seem to be having a good time, seem to care about their clients and each other, and I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area. Going to the dentist sucks, and when your dentist can make it better and easier in any way, that’s a good dentist.

Let me just say, Sara just did my cleaning and was phenomenal! From her demeanor, to her ability to not hurt, at all with a cleaning. Best cleaning that I have ever had. Don’t let her go! Then, my checkout was done with Christine. What a sweet lady!Very professional and polite. Keep her too! Completely best experience I’ve had here.
