Dr. Griffin and the staff were professional and friendly. He made decisions on my care plan that were logical in progression, with the goal of fixing the issue in the least invasive manner while also saving me a lot of money. Other specialists wanted to just do a pricey procedure that I ultimately was able to avoid entirely, thanks to Dr. Griffin!

There is no other dental office where I feel more safe and cared for than Cornerstone. From the moment I walk in the door to the time I leave I know that I am in the best of hands every time. I have severe anxiety going to the dentist and it’s the only place I’ve been able to relax and feel reassured that I am receiving the very best of care by the most thorough, empathetic and professional team of dentists and staff.

The atmosphere is welcoming and calming but the people truly make Cornerstone a treasure. They are lovely and they show their care throughout the appointment. I have never enjoyed a dentist appointment before Cornerstone.

Some people have stated that this place is expensive, and yes, it can be, but that’s the world of Dental for you. When I first went there, the receptionist made sure to inform me that they were out of network from the start, which I very much appreciate. No hidden fees for me. Now, my teeth aren’t in the best condition for several reasons, the time when I was unhoused, clinical depression, and now I am on a fixed income because of service connected disabilities. For the longest time, I didn’t have the money, but mostly it was shame that kept me away from the dental office. The team here are amazing. I was welcomed warmly, and they worked with me, considerate of my financial status. There was no judgement, no questions, and I felt safe. Dr. Stroud is great at what he does, as is his team. Everyone handles their patients with kindness, compassion, and a diligence to perform at their best for the sake of the patient. As for the work done? I couldn’t be happier. There was attention to detail. The work was done with deft hands, swiftly and accurately. They went out of their way to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. All my questions were answered promptly, and with patients. (I tend to ramble. Bless them for the soft skills to help me stay on track.) and so much more. I’m glad to have found this place, and will continue to be a patient with them so long as they’ll have me. There’s no better place to take care of your teeth then one where the staff all have a genuine smile for you. As a parting note for reading this long; have a pun. I’ve been a patient of Cornerstone Dental Services for 20+ years and have had nothing but great experiences there. The dentists are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I love my dental hygienist at Cornerstone! All of the staff are welcoming, courteous, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Cornerstone Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist in Knoxville.
