I have major anxiety when going to the dentist based on past experiences. Dr Sinclair and his staff made me feel at ease. He used a different numbing technique that I couldn’t even feel the needle, by far best dental experience. I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore! Highly recommend!!!

I was badly damaged by a dentist as a kid and totally afraid to have my teeth looked at. Dr Sinclair is now seeing me regularly. I cannot recommend him enough. He uses a different style of injections that have zero pain. He and his staff are AMAZING! Please give them a try, I promise you’ll be very happy

Just had my first visit with Dr. Sinclair. All the staff were so friendly, took their time and were willing to listen. Even though it is a small practice, the equipment was up to date. So nice to be treated as a person and not a number. They outlined my treatment options very clearly, but there was no pressure. I’m actually looking forward to going back!

I was referred to Dr. Sinclair by both my brother and father and I am so glad I took their advice! I went last week for a consult and a referral for wisdom tooth extraction. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the x-Ray process a breeze and made me feel completely at ease (I have a lot of anxiety concerning the dentist due to prior negative experiences). Dr. Sinclair was very reassuring when speaking with me and made me feel very comfortable. I will be making another appointment soon to have a routine cleaning and look forward to having Dr. Sinclair as my primary dentist! If you are like me and have a lot of dental anxiety or stress out big time when even thinking about making a dental appointment, I highly recommend this office to provide a positive and pleasant experience!

Extremely welcoming, courteous and engaging when I walked into the office. The hygienist was great! She let me know what she was seeing, provided feedback and better ways to clean my teeth etc…. She provided the information in a way that did not shame me. She talked with me and not down to me. Dr. Sinclaire was equally as welcoming, provided great information, and explained everything in a manner that I could understand. Everyone takes the customer service approach and I can tell everyone smiles all the time! The only dental office I will ever go to. Also, I live out of state and I am in Knoxville every other week and will re organize my schedule to coincide with my dental procedures. You can trust this dental practice!
