My sons braces were left on way to long. Rotted his teeth causing him to have 3 root canals. This was under the braces so no amount of brushing would have helped. Also left a a ton of cement on his teeth after his braces were off. I wouldn’t recommend here. RUN!!!!

Office manager (Gresha) can’t be bothered to speak with you. Even when you’re standing right outside her door. 3 1/2 years they’ve kept braces on my twins when their own dentist says they don’t need them anymore but they refuse to take them off. Update! Just call a call from Gresha and they have dismissed my twins as patients after leaving the braces on them. The appointment today was for taking them off (which they refused to do) and they will no longer see them. Be careful working with Dr. Eberting and his horrible office management.

Eberting Orthodontist is good but I think they book to many appointments for the day. If you have an appointment you should show up 1 hour prior to your appointment time to check in so you’ll possibly get back by the actual appointment time. It’s honestly ridiculous how long patients have to wait just to be seen.

I love Dr. Eberting and his staff my daughter Brooklyn loves going here she has been seen here for about 8 months and starting next month my son will be as well. We drive 45 minutes to go to this office. They have always been very nice and professional and we have never waited more than 40 minutes to be seen actually we are called back most of the times within 25 minutes today ì think it was only like 10 minutes that we waited... I will always recommend eberting orthodontics to everyone I know needing orthodontic braces.

Very welcoming! They explained every step to my son. I really loved that part bc he is the patient not me. Asked him if he wanted to ask questions. Great first day.
