Dr. Goza is truly one of the most compassionate and gentle doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I unfortunately had a rough experience prior to moving to TN with a dentist who did not believe I have trouble getting numb and it’s left me with a lot of anxiety around dental work. From Dr. Goza to everyone who enters the room, to the ladies at the front desk, everyone is the exact same: wonderful, patient, kind and empathetic. There’s many places of business that you call for any reason and the person who answers the phone immediately sounds like they hate their job. The staff at Crestview Dental could not be more opposite of that. They’re cheerful, helpful & always go above and beyond to make you feel seen, heard and that you are in the best hands possible. I am so thankful so many recommended Dr. Goza and my faith in great dental care is restored. If you’re in the Knoxville/Maryville area, I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Goza’s continual efforts in making sure his patients are comfortable, explaining step by step what he’s doing & he’s a bit of a perfectionist in the best way! 😊
