I had 3 teeth that caused me so much pain. I am very much a wimp when it comes to teeth work so i was scared i drove over an hour to see dr stinson. He was very to the point numbed me and then pulled them out i was in and out in less than an hour from start to finish. People complain hes not this or that but hes got a business to do and he does just that. I have a few more that need pulled and as soon as i heal from the first 3 i will be making that drive back to get the rest done. Thank you dr stinson and staff for all that you do.

I am new to Tennessee and I live in Sevierville but traveled to Jefferson City specifically for Dr. Stinson. Lol Literally no other reason except to see him. I was so scared and nervous. From the time I called until he gave me the numbing shots. I was literally shaking. Lol I know I’m a wimp. But this is the 1st time that I’ve had a tooth pulled. I had no ideal what to expect. I don’t know how or why people are on here bashing his staff or his work?? Because I loved his personality lol He was very professional. And very caring regardless of how he moved. Very thorough. He was very fast paced and multitasked very well! The communication was very simple and straight to the point. I literally sat in the waiting room for 3 minutes before being called back for x rays and the extraction. Ughhh I could literally write a book about my experience today with this establishment. Lol But literally all I have said all day since the extraction has been THANK YOU GOD! And Thank You Dr. Stinson. Because my tooth had caused my whole head to feel like it was being ripped off. And as I’m laying here my mouth feels great and just back to normal. (minus missing my tooth) lol Again Thank You Dr. Stinson and thank your staff as well! You guyz are legit! P.S. don’t listen to the crazy negative reviews here. Literally I NEVER WRITE reviews. I’ve wrote like 4 my whole life. But there is nothing but respect and gratitude from me. My honest thoughts are that “These people are great! ♥️ “

Seems to be a decent basic dentist, and his pricing is very fair. However, his staff is not exactly wonderful and prior to the election, his office had become nothing more than a right wing trump indoctrination. When I went in there the last time they had OOAN News on which is absolutely by any measure, the most inaccurate lying news station on the planet. And the girl gave me a nasty look when I asked her to change it, and then she changed it to fox. Every other dentist I’ve been to over. The last 65 years has had the TV. There for the patient, not for the staff. He’s lucky I didn’t stand out there protesting for the rest of the year. I expect Dentists to be a compassionate. Anyone who supports a convicted felon and his minions who are hateful racists has no love or compassion in their heart. I will find a new dentist.

Took my Dad here to get an extraction. The customer service was not good at all, the receptionist wasn’t too bad when we walked in. I get that this is a business and that they do extraction for a fair price but you have to also have a decent customer service. They did not explain to us the process of the extraction (we’ve never been through an extraction) they had me in there as if I was the one who majored in dentistry. While injecting the numbing they did not notify my dad nor when they extracted the tooth. Yes it was quick and out and the price was fair but you shouldn’t be treating your patients unfairly no matter the service.

Broke a tooth 2 weeks ago that left me in excruciating pain. My usual dentist wanted $350 to pull it so instead I drove here and paid $85. The staff wasn’t friendly however they aren’t rude either they are just very much to the point. After reading several reviews I was terrified of the pain however I was asked multiple times if I wanted more numbing before they proceeded with the extraction. It was completely pain free aside from the tiny inch of the needles. Will definitely be back in the future if I need another extraction.
