They are the most awful place to go. They put a crown on my daughter’s front tooth, and it came off, they won’t see her now, said she missed to many appointments, although the last appointment she went to they never gave her another appointment. They just don’t want to fix thier mess up. Now another dentist won’t fix it because they worked on it. She’s gonna end up having to get it pulled and get a partial... I think they are just ridiculous!!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there. I’m one mad mom😬

I went for fillings in my left upper side of my mouth back in late December and when I was numbed, they let me sit long enough for it to wear off and when they came back, I informed the dentist so she gave me another numbing shot but began working on my mouth before I was numbed so I felt almost all of it and my mouth didn’t get numb until I was literally leaving the building. Seems like watching t.v. and talking about what they’re going to do when they leave or before they came was more important than working on my mouth because now I can’t eat anything without having pain in my mouth. I’m finding a new dentist to go to as soon as possible. I don’t recommend going here.

Staff is friendly and shows true concern for my dental needs.. I kinda look at it anymore like going to get a haircut...well almost lol! If you want to feel totally at ease then give Dr. Lancaster and her staff a try!
