I was truly impressed with how seamlessly everything was done. From the front desk check-in to the process of meeting the doctor. Everyone was so friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. They ensure that their first priority is giving you great service and treatment! They make sure you know everything upfront and nothing is hidden. I highly recommend coming here for your orthodontic services.

i have been with the gate parkway location for some years now. they’re customer service is great and i love how they treat their clients. each staff member is so sweet and understandable. best place to get your treatments with!!

PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT ORTHODONTICS!!!! This is the worse place you can go too, they ALWAYS find a way to add on additional charges. I paid $750 additional dollars and when I called to ask why I couldn’t get an answer until writing my FIRST baD review. The office manager called me stating if I delete the review she will waive my last payment. THE PAYMENT WAS PROCESSED. I made multiple attempts to contact the office manager to get it refunded since I deleted my review LIKE SHE REQUESTED and I have not been able to get a call back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

The staff here is by far the greatest. Very reasonable price and 100% worth it. I’ve been wanting braces to fix my grill FOREVER. Now I’m finally getting the opportunity and I wouldn’t have done it without the best of the best in ortho work. Thank you to everyone who made my visit smooth!

UPDATE: They now claim I owe them $800 because they attempted to bill my insurance on June of 2022 and it didn’t go through because I didn’t have insurance which I do. I ended my treatment with them in September of 2021. They asked me to provide proof of my insurance which I did. They failed to respond to my email with my insurance verification but did send me an email saying that I was being charged a $25 charge back fee because I had my bank refund me the $139 they took out of my account in June almost a year after I terminated my treatment with them. This is beyond ridiculous at this point. Please stay away from this office if possible. I initially started my treatment with them because they had more affordable rates and had 4.5 stars on Google. Most the the positive reviews were from years back and I think their management/team has changed since. They changed orthodontist 3 times while I was there for only a year. I don’t think the new orthodontist even bothered reading my chart because she asked me what we were going to do with my teeth when she saw me. She had zero investment in my treatment and seemed surprised when I told her I scheduled my corrective jaw surgery. Her response was she should have made aware of this so she could properly prepare my teeth. If she has ever bothered looking at my charts and mouth, she would know that I already had my surgical hooks in and have been working myself up to the surgery for years. If I knew her name I would name drop her. I have been trying to get my records from them so I could continue my treatment elsewhere. I requested these records October 5. It is now November 22 and I am still yet to receive these records. I am unable to continue my treatment because of this and apparently it’s not urgent for them.
