Did great work with my children; however, I use their website to schedule and appointment for myself and after a month with no reply and no confirmation that my request was received I decided to call. I was given an appointment 9 months out which was fine. A week later I got an automated call to confirm my appointment on the same week. Turns when I called for an appointment they put my phone number in place of my wife’s number. So she called them to transfer her appointment to me and have them fix the phone numbers. Which they confirmed. When they fixed her phone number, they also changed my phone number to hers, so when they called to confirm my appointment they called her instead of me. So this morning when I took leave to go to my appointment I found out it was canceled and because I didnt answer the wrong phone number they called. The earliest they could see me was 10 months out.

Was really disappointed when I changed insurance and my old dentist was not in network. I drive past Riverwood everyday and thought I’d check them out. I’m so glad I did. My 9 year old LOVED that place ( I always had to utilize the mobile dental bus at her school because she would NOT allow a dentist to even look in her mouth) and my personal experience was great as well. The entire staff was friendly, personable, and had me comfortable immediately like I had been a patient there for years. I highly recommend them!

It was a great experience. The entire made me feel comfortable during my first visit. Kendall and Dr. Elliott absolutely wonderful. They were very gentle and thorough during the oral exam. Explanation of my oral health was detailed and comprehensive. I actually am looking forward to my next appointment.Great team and great service. You guys got it right!

Such a great experience as a new patient! Kendall my hygienist was an absolute joy! Very professional and friendly, she put you at ease with her kindness and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Murphy was great! Again explaining what needed to be done and giving options. He makes you feel very much at ease. The front desk was very accommodating and easy to work with as was the scheduler. It could not have been any better of an experience. Highly recommend this office!
