Horrific experience - only come here if you want to shell out a bunch of money for procedures that are not required. I heard the staff giving other patients the same speech - there’s a lot of buildup, scaling is required, fillings need to be replaced, blah blah blah to the tune of over SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. I said "no thank you" so they REFUSED to give me the services that my insurance covers. Refused a "normal" cleaning. Never in my nearly 50 years of going to a dentist has this occurred. I get it - sometimes additional treatment is necessary, however, I am not in a position to move forward at this time. Instead of TREATING ME WITH RESPECT, I was ushered out. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE unless you have cash to throw out the window for procedures that you have never been told you needed before! Funny how everyone gets the same spiel - this place is nothing but a money grab for sure! If you scroll down in their reviews, you will see other reviews with the SAME scenario, seems they have been pulling this on unsuspecting patients for YEARS. Filing a grievance with my insurance company as well since they refused to honor my covered services. UPDATE: I was able to visit another dentist the following day who confirmed my suspicions, and their office staff was kind and treated me with respect. Furthermore, my treatment of Dr. Sox and the staff was nothing but polite, although firm in my response that I was not falling for the nonsense they were selling.

I can’t say enough good things about Eccella Smiles. I have loved the staff, they are like good friends the last 6 years of going here. Kendall and LJ have always been so helpful with coordinating my schedules and working with me every step of the way through the tough times. They always have the best attitude day in and day out and work so hard to accommodate everyone. 10/10 have recommended all of my friends here, the entire staff here is so caring and friendly. Cannot say another good things about them. Thank you for all you guys do to help!! :)
