The company Unprofessional, no communication and scammers they will steal your money and not give you the items that you paid for items that they recommended! No callback no customer service no corporate. I feel sorry for the office staff there as they are only going by protocol. This is the worst company to work for and to go to.

The service was a five. The reason why I have not been to the dentist was in a large part due to not having dental insurance. I finally was able to get dental insurance, but have found out, that it does not pay enough of the bill, the antibiotics were $60 a shot, this is why people avoid going to the dentist, in today’s economy, It is extremely unaffordable. I had no idea going in there yesterday, that I would be putting myself in so much debt, over just one visit to get my teeth cleaned and x-rays.

Will never be going back to this facility, they discriminate and make you feel uncomfortable. Soon as you walk in your greeted with confused stares like you’re not supposed to be there. Today I had an appointment which was an appointment that had to be rescheduled when I came previous. I think it was about four days ago. I had scheduled an appointment online and they told me I needed to wait because they had double booked so they want to make sure the other appointment got there and if they did, I would have to be seen another day, even though I had got there first and 10 minutes ahead of schedule. The appointment was for 3 PM. The next appointment didn’t get there until about 3:15 320 minutes late from their scheduled appointment and I got there early. So finally, she calls me up to reschedule for Monday. I’m here Monday. Doesn’t even recognize me from Thursday. Before I head back I paid attention to a conversation a black dentist was having with a white woman in the lobby she was talking about the cost of the what she was performing on her grandmother. Never asked for payment until the procedure was done. Why when I get into my room with my white dentist she ask for payment then in there before she even starts examining my teeth. I completely felt like she thought I didn’t have money . Like I couldn’t afford to even pay a copay . I’m sorry but in every healthcare situation you pay the cost of your visit after they do the job there are required first. It’s like paying the plumber before he fix your pipes. How I know you are not going to do your job properly for you to receive a reward??? This establishment is not professional.

I finally had my last straw with them . So they reschedule you without your permission because Lord knows why , they done it to me multiple times and I can go on and on about it, it’s so hard to schedule an appointment especially with me having braces I try to make it easier for both parts. . I had my braces wired off for a couple days because my appointment was originally one date and for them to call me saying I never had one in for that time even though I confirmed it . They told me today my appointment was at 4 but it was actually at 3 I’m over it I’ll rather go to tcc dental then them if they accept me . Oh and I put my braces wires back in tomorrow with no teeth cleaning how happy I am !!!!!!!!!!!!! And I forgot someone who used to work there says they are horrible , and recently someone else says they don’t clean your teeth correctly

I had my first visit as a new patient today. The young lady (dental hygienist) that assessed me and took my x-rays was so thorough and professional. She explained each step and why she was doing it. The office is clean and has a good vibe. Each of the ladies I interacted with were very warm and friendly. I’ll meet my dentist during my next visit.
