Swindled for over 350$. They assured me my insurance was approved. They did a dental X-ray and exam on me. They later stated my insurance was not approved and made me pay in full. I had to go to another dentist and redo all of this exam and x-ray. The entirety of my 350$ was swindled away.

Dr. Rainey, Jane, and Marie treated me great when I needed a new crown. I was snowbirding when a piece of my tooth broke off. These guys had a timeframe of two weeks to get me fixed and they did. Very professional and great job! If I were local Dr. Rainey would be my dentist.

This dentist is a joke and is in it to rip people off. Back in 2014, I had a very small chip on my molar and I thought I would be safe and get it checked out. I trusted the dentists’ medical opinion, which was to fix with cap. Without thinking about it, I allowed and paid the dentist to fix my tooth. He sanded down the whole molar and put a cap on it. The tooth is now permanently sensitive to cold water, hot water, and hurts when I chew on it and eventually, I will probably need a root canal. I had no issues with sensitivity before he operated on the tooth. Russell B Rainey, DMD you are a crook and should be ashamed of yourself and your practice. I hope that everyone reading this finds this helpful. Terrible experience. Terrible dentist who is only worried about production.

One of the only Doctor offices where I actually feel at home. High end dentistry that’s more focused on what the patient needs instead of which treatment has the highest insurance reimbursement. You can tell the staff and doctors really care about you as an individual.

Patient focused care. Completely different experience from other high patient volume practices I’ve attempted to join. The dentists love what they do and you can truly feel it when you’re in their presence. Elizabeth the hygienist is amazing as well.
