My visit to the Capital City Endodontics was great. The receptionists, nurses, and doctors were compassionate and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up to the receptionist(s) in handling patients’ dental insurance payments. Additionally, being able to communicate with the receptionist(s) via cellphone text and vocally were very useful. I am usually pretty good at finding flaws in medical offices, at Capital City Endodotics I was unable to. At first, youll be greeted by friendly office staff. Then the hygienist, we had Ms. Rosa, will greet you was a friendly hello and walk you step-by-step through everything she has to do to get you seen. Dr. Pereda was kind and very informative when it came to explaining to my son what steps were being taken. Their concern and assurance that no pain or discomfort was felt was great. I would highly recommend this practice and will certainly use them again if the need ever arises.

I was referred to this office for a root canal. Because of some changes in my insurance, there was a long delay between my first consult and my procedure, due to no fault of this office. When I came back for my procedure, the office staff and Dr. Pereda welcomed me like an old friend. The whole staff is so sweet and professional! I will definitely be back if the need ever arises again. Thank you so much for taking good care of me!

I can’t say how glad I am that I chose this office for my son’s root canal. Dr. Pereda was so welcoming and helpful with my little guys procedure! I can’t thank him and the staff enough for making the process smooth and comfortable. If you have a little one and they unfortunately need a root canal, look no further schedule with Dr. Pereda so kids friendly and just overall great with ensuring we understood the process before and during the procedure.

This was my first root canal, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Dr. Pereda and the staff were very professional. Their office is pleasant and has a good feel about it. Dr. Pereda explained the entire procedure and what to expect. It went well, with no pain at all. I thought I might have a little pain the next day or so, but nothing. I felt that he took meticulous care. I would definitely recommend him if such a procedure is warranted.
