Worst experience and still experiencing. On top of them pulling the $250 deposit out of my account twice and then making me pay another $250 (total $750), when I call to ask about my refund they act as if they have no idea what I’m referring to. The wrong aligners were printed and then multiple orders canceled without my permission. And now that I have my aligners I am unable to register or update anything about my progress because my account won’t allow me to. I’ve spoke with over 10 smile experts and every single one of them has told me something different about every single detail I stress. Do not use unless you enjoy being inconvenienced and stuck on tedious phone calls begging for answers

Very fast and easy appointment. Sandy and Alana were very nice and very helpful with any questions I had. Sandy was super gentle when scanning my teeth and they both gave off a very great energy. Will definitely recommend to more people.

The specialist who helped me, Amanda, was so polite and courteous. I didn’t feel nervous with her at all. She made sure she got the digital images perfect and explained how the whole process works. When I asked her about my son’s teeth, she was honest that severe issues can’t always be helped by these aligners. I appreciated the honesty so much.

Her knowledge of the process, professionalism, and courtesy made me feel even better about making my decision. The Smile Direct Club area was easy to access, clean, and convenient. It was top of the line and just as nice as a dentist’s room. I am so excited about my experience and my smile!
