Amazing Team 311 months later i still love the services provided. Everyone is awesome!!! 🥰 The office staff was very friendly and accomedating. The process to get braces was a good experience.

Very upset with how they have NO communication and even more upset on how they had my daughter sign a paper she was not told what it was for. Come to find out it was to end her treatment early and they did this because we informed them that she was moving out of town but would still be coming back due to her mother (myself) still living here. I was told that it would be up to her to see if she wanted braces removed or they could revisit it when she made her next visit in either April or May. My daughter who just turned 18 at the end of January was not asked if she wanted to keep the braces on or not they said your getting your braces out today are you happy she told her no and the lady then started cutting the wire. My daughter was very upset and confused as she did not want her braces out she felt it still needed some time. After my daughter left we spoke with the office manager who had no answers so was going to call us back. A few hours later and a few follow up text on my end with no response she called and said the dentist said it would be illegal for him to put the braces back on because of both the letter that was signed and because she was moving to a new state but again mind you she was never told what she was signing and had she knew she would not have signed. I asked for the dentist to call me and I still have yet to get any call what so ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Place at all!! They DO NOT communicate well at all and it is very disappointing as I thought we had an understanding of things but no one was on the same page the communication within the company is not there either. Signed a really upset mom and a hurt daughter

Where should I start? I’ve had such an amazing experience with Vivid Orthodontics. Dr. Matt & his staff were so accommodating throughout my entire visit! They definitely deliver a great patient care setting.

Took my son in for a consultation today and was able to leave with the start of his braces. The staff was very friendly and kind. Everything was explained well from his complete treatment plan to payments. Thank you Fleming Island office for being so good to us!

So excited to have found OSOF! The staff are friendly and helpful and the office is clean and well maintained. My daughter really likes the ladies there too. Glad to be embarking on this 18 month journey with these folks
