This place is currently in the process of improving my quality of life my teeth have gotten bad over the years and coming here i haven’t felt any judgment or made to feel guilty for allowing my teeth to get to this point but they’ve been honest and straight forward with me at every step along the way and can’t say how thankful I am for their support I’m only about half way through my long road to being normal again but already I’ve had quality of life improvements due to my pain levels being almost gone I’d give them a 100 star rating if it were possible.

I came here years ago and had a great experience. I needed emergency extraction and the staff and doctor were great, I had really bad dental problems and didn’t feel judged. My husband also has detail issues and needed an emergency extraction. This office has an awesome staff especially if you are afraid of the dentist! We will continue to use them as our dentist.

Consumer beware! The dentist couldn’t diagnose a cracked tooth. Had to go elsewhere, where another dentist was able to diagnos this cracked tooth. Unbelievable! After making a payment of $40 on $91 bill, they sent it to collections. Which added another $17. Ridiculous! I have never been treated this poorly before! Just beware of this place where a dentist couldn’t diagnose a simple cracked tooth and sent a customer to collections for $51 after paying $40 on the bill the very next day. Called today to pay out the $51 and they refused payment and had to go though the collections company and pay an additional fee.

My family has been a client of Dr.S. Small for almost 4 years. All was well at the beginning and we were at peace to have found a good dentist. In the past 6 months all went very sower. It started with a cleaning that took abt 10 minutes with nothing else but a few scraps on my teeth, as I keep them very clean after a brush with periodontal disease in the past. However they charge me for services they did not render at the time of that visit. My husband had his teeth cleaned twice every year and to our dismay the other day he start having very bed tooth pain. Made an appointment with Dr. Small and found out that one of his molars had a huge cavity and the tooth needed to be extracted. When he ask how is that possible that at the routine preventive visits every 6 months that was not discovered? All they said was....Ups, we did not x ray that particular tooth. Excuse me, but they did x ray his mouth every time he went and charged our insurance for. Why keeping up with the "preventive" maintenance if they can not even find a cavity? But they sure did charge us and the insurance as if they did. Further more, 6 days after the extraction, the pain was so intense, my husband drove back to the dentist were an assistant asked him from 10 feet distance through the reception window, to open his mouth and she said...Everything looks normal. Wow. She must have bionic vision as this was the last molar on his upper jaw and it is impossible to see beyond all his upper teeth from such distance, not to mention the poor light. He was also told that the he must make an appointment with the Dr. for another day, as he was very busy and no one else was there. Let me get that straight, that office has no problem charging for services they do not render nor have any regards for their clients pain or needs. One mistake can happen everywhere, but so many in a row to one family, is unacceptable. My husband lost a tooth to their incompetence. Thank God they are not professing in cardiology or other extreme life threatening departments Definitely we will not be returning clients to this practice and hopefully this negative review will entice them to do a better job in the future.
