I struggled with how many stars to give because I really like my dental hygienist. She is the only reason I haven’t switched dentist office. However, they do a horrible job verying patients insurance. The first time I had to pay over $100 out of pocket because they did my x-rays a couple weeks to early. Due to this experience the second time I asked, I specifically asked if they had made sure it wasn’t to early because I didn’t want to pay out of pocket. The staff member told me yes, that it was covered so I trusted her. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I am being charged and had to pay out of pocket again. I called and the front desk person told me that they always encourage their patients to double check but that is not accurate because I asked and I was told I had nothing to worry about, had she told me I should call to double check, I would have. Very disappointeing and this is becoming a financial burden. I may end up going to another dentist office. I highly suggest patients to always call their insurance and double check.

Parker Dental has long been my choice for dental services for some twenty plus years and one of my favorite dentists was Dr. Honey Bargatze. Thorough, professional, and personable. Answers any questions about procedures that may not be understood and is there for YOU! You will be greatly missed, Dr. B!

Parker dental is an amazing office. They are clean and professional. As a person with anxiety about going to the dentist, I was apprehensive about going to a new place, but I’m glad I went. They are so understanding and listen to you. They take your wants and needs into consideration when making a treatment plan and work with you to make the experience the best they can. 10/10 world recommend.

Parker Dental and Orthodontics is the absolute best. Not only for the services they provide, but for the overall kindness of the staff! Brooke at the front desk is always so welcoming when getting you checked in. Emilee is probably the best dental hygienist I have ever had in my 30 years of life and Dr. B is an one amazing dentist. I’ve been a patient here for a while and they truly make you feel like family!

My children and I love this place. My daughter had 4 extractions today. Dr. Parker and the nurse working alongside him made her so comfortable. The doctors, nurses, and staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is very pleasant, inviting, and relaxing. The doctors are both professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the follow up calls, just to make sure all is well. I definitely would recommend this facility and give it 5 plus stars!
