I’m so glad we went here for my daughters braces. Her regular dentist said she needed braces in order to create a space between two teeth for them to be able to do oral surgery (using a hook to pull up the tooth that wasn’t able to come through) for an additional $900ish. Went to Island Orthodontics for a second opinion and was quoted a lower price and told they thought her tooth would be able to surface, that if for some reason it wouldn’t the additional treatment would be $300 to $400. Thankfully no extra treatment was needed so we wound up saving a considerable amount and again everyone is WONDERFUL. Very highly recommended!

Dr. Bilbo is amazing and so is her staff. Extremely friendly comfortable environment for dental work. The staff and doctor go above and beyond to take care of their patients. I was in aligners and now my teeth are perfect! I would highly recommend this office for your orthodontic needs.

I got my braces off today and I am ecstatic! They are beautiful and I so so happy. Thank you to Dr. Bilbo and her staff for the best experience. I appreciate y’all so much and will have the best smile forever

Island Orthodontics is the absolute best! Dr. Bilbo is so kind and gentle. She was so patient with me and ensuring that my smile would be the absolute best! Ceirra McAlister adjusted my braces almost 90% of the time. She was always fast and very proficient and so friendly. Both of my children also had their braces on at the same time as I did. The staff always accommodated my schedule to ensure all three of us could come at one appointment time. I’m sad my treatment is over just because I won’t get to see the amazing staff every month. Literally every single member of the island Orthodontics team is beyond friendly and helpful. I will only recommend Island Orthodontics!
