Very friendly staff. They got me in asap for a surgical tooth removal. I would highly recommend for anyone in need of their services. The surgeon explained everything very well before the procedure and made sure I understood the entire process.

They told me I had to go under general anesthesia for a single tooth extraction . I only wanted local anesthesia, but they said it was to “difficult “ of a procedure. I was in pain and they couldn’t get me in for a week to even do the extraction General anesthesia is over $600 of a $1,000 bill. I ended up with an infection intubated in ICU getting IV antibiotics two days later due to an infection caused by the tooth. I was on already on antibiotics from the first dentist who referred me to the “surgeon “ After Two days being knocked out I was able to get an appointment with Aspen Dental. Aspen Dental got me right in at 7 am, did exam and x-rays and scheduled the extraction for 2 pm the same day. By 2:30 I was leaving their office and felt fine. The “difficult” procedure took them about 10 minutes in the chair. The entire thing cost me $280. The total for the oral surgeon would have been over $1,000. The surgeon just wants to give general anesthesia for the money in my opinion. Oh and they told me that I needed to go to a specific pharmacy to get a prescription because others don’t do it right. Pretty sure that is not allowed as well, I’m betting they may be getting a cut of the $ from the pharmacy. I wouldn’t let them pull my pets teeth! The only reason I decided to do the review is I just got an email asking for a review from their office. Okay if they really want one!

I have a very scary situation due to a medication I’m on, which Dr. Zakkak knew a tremendous amount about. He was up front with me about potential hazards and was quite reassuring about having my surgery done. Unfortunately I need to wait a few months to have it done, but better safe than sorry. Everyone in the office is friendly and kind. I recommend this office.

Office is very professional, very thorough and very nice. They gave me literature to explain the process, do’s and dont’s for before & after, and the possible complications afterwards, so i was prepared. I will definitely use them again, if needed.

Dr. Watts and his staff are very friendly and caring. Post op instructions were explained well. This is the second surgery I’ve had done by Dr. Watts and I’m very pleased with the outcomes of both. I highly recommend him for your oral surgery needs.
