Worst place ever to go daughter got sick they told me to make her an appointment to be seen so we did then called back to make a appointment an said you waited to long it wasn’t even 4 days an won’t see her an with a 100 consultation fee worst place I have ever been in Wichita falls or anywhere. I’ll find her a better place to go happy about that 😉

Most awful experience we have ever had with any “medical professional”. My mom needed teeth pulled. Her dentist recommended Dr. Vergara’s office, since my mom has a complex medical history. They said if anything complex were to occur, oral surgeons have the tools to fix it in their office. We get there 10-15 minutes early for our appointment time. While we were waiting, my mom noticed a text from their office asking if we were coming and our appointment was earlier. My mom went and asked the receptionist. The receptionist said our appointment time was changed by their office. We never received notice that our time changed. The nurse took my mom back. They were going to do it under general anesthesia. Dr. Vergara tried putting the Iv in on her hand. Her hand filled with blood. It looked like she had a softball on top of her hamd filled with blood. Dr. Vergara asked the nurse what medicine my mom was on to make this happen. The nurse said she was on blood thinners and the doctor knew because she had my mom stop the meds three days before. The doctor left the office immediately, leaving the nurse to deal with it and bandage it. They brought her out within five minutes and said they couldn’t do the procedure. They told her that next time she would have to go get an iv at the infusion center at united regional on the day of the procedure and then come to her office for the procedure. We ended up having to go to a walk in clinic that night to have her hand looked at. It would not go down. The next day, we decided to have it done with an oral surgeon in Dallas. We have just had bad experiences with doctors not knowing how to deal with things in wichita falls and this procedure needed to be done quickly so she can have a surgery she had been waiting on The doctor in dallas did it under local anesthesia, did not have her stop blood thinners, it took thirty minutes, a resident did it, and there were no complications. The other clinic was wonderful. He was shocked that another oral surgeon had that issue and that it never needed to be done under general anesthesia. It took Dr. Vergaras office several weeks to get us the refund. Every time we called she was out of office.

First canceled last minute and rescheduled next day. My daughter lost a days pay for nothing. Then Kept us waiting over an hour for scheduled wisdom teeth surgery, after her last minute cancellation day before. Staff not very kind, my daughter was crying and said it really hurt.. ( she was supposed to be under during the surgery so shouldn’t have been in pain…) they were like .” She’s fine, probably won’t remember. Terribly unpleasant experience !!! Read her previous reviews and nothing like the reality we experienced.

Dr Vergara is so pleasant. We have used her services many times. The facility is really nice and the staff is very kind.

Absolutely 5 star to this office. Everyone is so polite and make you feel welcome. I had a procedure done today and I am feeling great after. I highly recommend her she is the best.
