When we were stationed at Fort Sill in 2020, it took Dr. Burton 6 months to get my crown made and resized because she didn’t clear the margins or check. I tried to wait out the 5 years to get it replaced so insurance would cover, but it was so sloppily done it impacted and broke my back molar. Adding photo of said crown that took her 6 months and told me this was "good enough." I got it redone in Colorado today, and they had to laser remove some of my gum because of the horrible application of the crown she did. Now it looks like an actual tooth and not a top hat. DO NOT GO TO HER.

Very sad to write this review as I’ve been coming since 2017 and always loved my experience. However, my hygienist (Ro) left and at my last cleaning I had someone new. She was very rough, and the entire process seemed rushed. I figured it was just a fluke. I had another appointment today, and it was like she couldn’t get me out of the chair fast enough. Didn’t ask if I had any issues, pain, didn’t even give me glasses. I was in and out in 25 minutes and told I couldn’t get another cleaning appointment until February 2024 because they’re short. Explains a lot…will be looking for a dentist elsewhere in Lawton sadly.

Recently had a temporary crown replaced with permanent crown. Tried to put permanent crown on without numbing ( did not have a root canal)….almost jump out chair. Disappointed Update 11-17-2022, I found a new dentist due to issues with Dr. Burton dental work. Bottom Line Up Front, all the dental work that was done by Dr. Burton has to be redone period. My new dentist used one word to describe the work she completed (Sloppy).... Oversize fillings, overhangs, etc. every tooth she repaired in my month, (Sloppy). Please do your research before selecting this dentist. These are facts not complaints. Lastly, Dr. Burton is a very nice individual with a sense of humor.

Best dental experience I’ve had EVER! As a military family we’ve seen our fair share of doctors and dentists all over the country- Bonnie Burton and entire staff are the BEST! Hands down!!! From the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor- cannot say enough wonderful things about them! Great with Kids and adults alike - Take your family here ! You won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Burton and her staff are fantastic! They are professional, kind, and courteous. I’ve never been mistreated or charged for something not done. Since 2008, Dr. Burton and her team have become like family. My whole family has been seeing her and her team for over 10 years. You, couldn’t ask for better dental care or a better Smile..
