Great Experience 2Cleaning 2Absolutely terrible experience. It’s like they were patting me on the back with one hand and picking my pocket with the other. 1 star is because I don’t know how to give negative stars. They spent so much time trying to sell me on things like Invisalign, night mouth guard, deep cleaning, and other things not covered under insurance, they said they ran out of time and I had to make another appointment to come back. So I didn’t receive any cleaning or treatment at all! So, I called back and asked if I can just get a cleaning that is covered under my insurance plan, and the person said “I’ll have to check to see if that’s allowed”. It’s been 5 days and I’m still waiting to get “permission” to get my teeth cleaned.

They got me in super quick for an emergency filling for a front tooth! They hurried quickly to get my information sorted out as new patient and got everything in order for my appointment in less than 24 hour notice. They were very professional and quick and VERY educational about the health of my teeth and gums. Truly appreciated the service 🫶🏻💕🌈

I had a amazing experience with Family Dental. The staff was extremely friendly, nice and prompt. I was extremely happy when I saw Emily, she’s always been a excellent worker and compassionate person. I will definitely recommend Family, friends and co-workers. Thanks for a great experience.

I’ve tried to give this office multiple chances, but the experience has consistently been disappointing—especially with the front staff. While my partner’s appointment went smoothly, every other visit has been frustrating. During my daughter’s recent appointment, the front desk staff once again showed a nasty attitude, just like before. I could even hear them talking negatively about me while my daughter was getting x-rays. That’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. To be fair, the dentist and dental assistant were wonderful with my daughter—compassionate, patient, and great at their job. But the front office ruins the entire experience. They’ve never once been able to correctly locate our insurance information, no matter how many times I provide it, which means we’re likely looking at more surprise bills. It’s exhausting and stressful every time we walk in. I had previously left a review and was confronted by management instead of seeing any improvement. At this point, I’ll be taking my family elsewhere, even though we live right in the neighborhood. A dental office should make patients feel cared for and respected, not judged and talked about behind their backs. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office.

Had a new patient appointment today and cleaning and I love that smooth clean feeling. Had a great experience. Staff were so welcoming.
